Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution

Here's an Amendment proposal that will go viral:
Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.

They should also add a Bastiat subsection to this amendment:

"See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime."

Please add "Congress shall make no law that turns one citizen into a human sacrifice for another citizen or group."

Rather than adding anything, I believe it would benefit all if we shortened this "amendment" to just its first five words: "Congress shall make no law"

I think Bastiat would aprove.
