More Votes for Bernanke
Ben Bernanke now appears close to having the votes he needs to win confirmation for a second term as chairman of the Federal Reserve.
Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, and the No. 2 Senate Democrat, Dick Durbin of Illinois, said Saturday that they will support Bernanke for a second term, according to AP.
